Who Are We? We are a 501 c)3 non-profit organization We are open to every boy and girl age 19 and under. We provide anti-drug education to help boys and girls see the importance of making responsible lifestyle decisions. We often organize appearances at schools, youth groups, and community centers interested in implementing our program. We understand the importance of teaching kids to make good decisions. By understanding the need to make lifestyle choices that will keep positive options available to them, we have found that they are better prepared to become the kind of adults that will be true assets to their communities as they grow to become good citizens, and our business and social leaders. In addition to anti-drug education, we support the AAU Junior Olympic program. We organize local events, and provide coaching and financial support for those boys and girls who qualify for national competition. We support the AAU’s position by participating in random drug testing throughout the year.

We encourage and support the Amateur Athletic Union’s primary goal of "Sports for All, Forever." Powerlifting is a sport for all ages. In addition to building physical strength, it also helps develop self-discipline and builds strength of mind and spirit. We encourage your interest in Powerlifting as well as any other AAU sanctioned sport, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning AAU Powerlifting. |
